Plug your Hipcam into a power source and wait for the indicator light to flash (indicating pairing mode). Add Device: Tap the + or Add Device icon in the app.
If you only set up the camera over WiFi and never changed the password, but now you are trying to access it via Ethernet, the camera may have two different IP addresses. Connect to the same network interface that the camera uses. When all else fails, reset the camera and start over via an Ethernet cable.

Navigate to -> User Management (or System Security). Select the admin account. Choose Change Password .
Because of this wide distribution, the credentials are universal across thousands of devices. If you have an off-brand camera that uses Hipcam firmware, chances are high that the following credentials will work.
