Extract the downloaded Nokia TA-1304 PAC flash file firmware into a dedicated folder on your desktop. Extract the SPD Upgrade Tool (ResearchDownload) zip file. Step 3: Configure the SPD Upgrade Tool Open the extracted SPD Upgrade Tool folder.
